Here is the report...
I have seen several sites with her pictures on them, but She had not logged in
since last fall, she can receive things at this address. I took every precaution I
could before traveling to Gomel to visit her. I sent her things in things in the
mail, sent her flowers and even had her picture taken once, she did not ask me for
any money. The scam she runs is one where she is the bait to get men to travel to
visit her. She wants to arrange for apartment rental, and airport pickup. I told
her several month ago I was going to make my own arrangement when I came to visit.
She did not say anything against it. I was supposed to travel there in about two
weeks from the time I made her realize without a shadow of a doubt that I had my
own arrangements made, but she was welcome to ride along to the airport to pick me
up. She acted shocked that after several months of writing and a few conversations
on the phone I did not trust her enough to make my arrangements. I had sent
her my itinerary about two weeks prior to that, and told her what days I would be
in Gomel to visit her. Last week, she wrote me after a letter to her that told her
I would see her on the 7th and told me she had booked an apartment for $90 a day
and wanted to know shen my flight was arriving so she could arrange for airport
pickup. I re informed her that I had already rented an apartment for $40 a day and
had airport pickup arranged as well, (for the forth time), I also told her that it
seemed to me the important thing was that we would be together, not who booked the
apartment, and if that was her sole intention I would see her in about two weeks.
If she only wanted to see me if I rented an apartment through her and let her
arrange for airport pickup then I was not coming, I have not heard from her since.
The letter I have attached is one written from the agency I rented the apartment
from after I canceled my reservations. I had been checking blacklist sites
regularly to see if she had been listed anywhere to no avail and well it is about
time she is. Her phone has been shut off for about 3 weeks now, she told me she
lost it, so I am not bothering send it as well.

Maria Leonidovna Timoshkova is a real name of Viktoria Zaikina. She is a
scammer for sure. I indeed wrote the below message to the list so you can
trust this information.

I know this girl well enough. She was a member of my
agency in Gomel, Belarus for two months, but we removed her profile
soon enough just as found out that she is trying to milk our clients
for money. It was back in March, 2003. Since that time her "career"
developed greatly. I personally have met about a dozen of men that
came to Gomel to visit her. Fortunately they had my office address and
telephone number just in case so they contacted me after found out
they are being used. She is the type that I would call "a very special
scammer". She indeed refuses when the men offer to send her money and
never ask herself. It is smart because each WU or MoneyGram
transaction received by the Belarus citizen is reported to the tax
department so she would get into the troubles with the local
authorities pretty quickly. Anyway all that she makes is exactly like
listed below - the difference between the real prices for apartment,
transfer, registration etc. and what she charges her visitors. Taking
into consideration that she charges double price for everything, one
visitor can bring her several hundreds bucks. What is interesting is
that she does not want even bother to play the role to the end. As
soon as she gets the money she becomes arrogant, unhappy etc. etc. and
just leaves the guy on the second or third day in the dirt-hole flat
she rented for $25-30 for a couple of days. Then the land lord comes
and kicks the poor guy out. Last October I had a client who agreed to
pay $95 for the apartment she found for him, but insisted on ordering
transfer from the Minsk airport to Gomel through my agency. Guess
what, she just never showed up or answered her mobile phone when he
arrived. Of course, she understood that I will tell him about the real
prices and just laid down to the bottom. So you, people, beware! She
is mostly using Elena's Models - it is where she gets acquaintanced
with her "victims". Her real name is Maria Leonidovna Timoshkova, born
on the 24th of May 1977. The address listed at the AgencyScams is her
real address. As for the photos, only the last one (on the right)
shows real her. The rest are the photos of some models stolen
somewhere.
